Solomon Venture — Ross John Castillo (sole trader, Malta) · Last updated 19 June 2026 · v2026-06-19
These Terms govern your use of the Solomon Venture business-diagnostic platform, operated by Solomon Venture — Ross John Castillo (sole trader, Malta). By creating an account and accepting these Terms and our Privacy Policy, you enter into a contract with us.
The service
The platform collects information about your business and generates a diagnostic report — constraints, value leakage, founder dependency, ROI and a recommended roadmap. The service is provided for business (B2B) use. You confirm you are acting for a business and are authorised to do so.
Advisory only — not professional advice
The diagnosis and report are informational and advisory only and are generated with the help of AI. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice, and must not be solely relied upon. You should seek qualified professional advice before acting. See our Disclaimer.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not submit personal data about other people, or special-category data, without a lawful basis.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service or its AI.
Intellectual property
We own the platform, software and report engine. You own the business information you submit. We grant you a licence to use the report we generate for you for your own business purposes.
AI output
AI-generated output may be incomplete or contain errors (“hallucinations”). We provide it without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you have paid to us (if any), and we exclude indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Termination
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under local law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. When we make a material change we will update the version and date above; continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
